What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have removed all SSL’s installed on this vHost (Cloudpanel) and installed the Origin TLS/SSL provided by Cloudflare for this incident.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I am trying to see how I can determine the exact issue of my end-point. I see LB requests at the end-point but the health status is “Critical”. It does not state exactly what the issue is.

Thank you for providing the screenshot.
The error indicates that the certificate is not trusted by a public Certificate Authority (CA).

As a resolution, If you’re using a self-signed certificate, we recommend either using a publicly trusted certificate or setting the allow_insecure property on your monitor to true.
