CF Gateway Logs shows Incorrect User ID and Device ID (00000000)

I connected my team’s iPad via 1.1.1.1 Wrap+ Teams. The app is working fine, and it’s registered with our CF teams account. The app is up to date. But the issue is even we enable WRAP+, those logs(Device ID) shows in https://dash.teams.cloudflare.com/xxxxxx/logs/gateway will be 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000. I double-checked that our blacklist is working in the 1.1.1.1 wrap app, the app is up to date. Remark: Our ISP doesn’t block DOH. I tried switching to another device and this issue still happen! what can I do to fix this? Thank you!
