__cf_chl_managed_tk__

So on all websites I visit with Cloudflare Under Attack mode enabled (the ‘Checking your browser’ thing) it says cf_chl_managed_tk
Before, it used to say cf_chl_jschl_tk
Does that mean that my IP is suspicious so Cloudflare is monitoring it?

I’ve not encountered this, as I rarely hit Under Attack Mode, but I can see from my own firewall logs that IP addresses that start out getting the JS Challenge end up hitting the Managed Firewall Rule instead. I’d just assumed it’s due to hitting JS Challenge so many times it ends up looking suspicious to Cloudflare.
