Cf-cache-status: MISS for all static files

I’m new to Cloudflare and I want to enable DNS cache for my website:
But when I checked I have headers like that:

1. cache-control: public, max-age=16070400
2. cf-cache-status: MISS
3. cf-ray: 4ac00b812c32cc85-WAW
4. content-encoding: br
5. content-type: application/javascript; charset=UTF-8
6. date: Wed, 20 Feb 2019 09:46:14 GMT
7. expect-ct: max-age=604800, report-uri=""
8. expires: Sun, 25 Aug 2019 09:46:14 GMT
9. server: Cloudflare
10. status: 200
11. vary: Accept-Encoding
12. x-content-type-options: nosniff
13. x-powered-by: Express

I couldnt confirm that.

You did make sure to load the resources at least twice, right?

Please check JS files

You’re right! I cleaned cache and now works fine. Tell me please, how can I update all users cache when I upgrade my website?

You can only purge your Cloudflare cache, not browser caches.

What is a good period to cache? Now I have 6 month, maybe I should give less?

That fully depends on how often you change your content. Six months appears a bit exaggerated to be honest.

What would you recommend for my website?
