We subscribed for Business plan of Cloudflare.
In the process of testing, we removed the default domain -----.com which is used while subscribing and tried to add new domain instead. It goes again to plan selection and payment page. Now, if I onboard new zone/website/domain, will it be charged as a new entry (again $2400?)? or will be adjusted in the current account balance?
Recently we subscribed for Business plan of Cloudflare and paid USD 2400.
Now, when we tried to add additional domain, it redirects to the subscription page and asks us the select the plan. If I select business plan, will I be charged again USD 2400?

Keep in mind, Cloudflare’s plans are per domain, so if you select the business plan for an additional domain, you will be charged again. Each website you add and select the Business plan for will cost the specified rate.
Present state is that there is no domain associated since we removed the already associated default domain.
Now, we plan to add a new domain which will be for production use. As I mentioned earlier, it takes to plan selection page, I am going to select Business plan. Please confirm the credit balance will remain the same, that is $2,355.69 after adding the new domain.

A Cloudflare Support staff even asked you to open a support ticket so they can take care of the issue for you. And your response is to start another thread in the community forums asking exactly the same question?
You must open the ticket with the super administrator email address to receive billing support for this specific account which you can do from within the dashboard, choosing support>billing support.
Plans are per domain and not transferable to another domain. When you deleted the domain you canceled the plan which applied a prorated credit to your account. Note you can order a new plan on a monthly basis instead of an annual plan, which will after your initial order, use the credit within your account on your monthly recurring invoices.
Iam Faizan’s(who created this thread) manager. We use super admin account to login. Still dont see billing support option. May be since we dont have a domain now in a business or pro plan, it was not showing up. Please confirm. Attached screenshot.
