Cf-apo-via tcache

I am getting this issue on my WordPress site from when I first activated Cloudflare APO.

When I publish or update any post on my site, Cloudflare is not purging cache and showing old cached file. I use Cloudflare + LiteSpeed + WP Rocket + Cloudflare WordPress Plugin.

These are the headers -

Just to check - if you purge manually via the Cloudflare dashboard for a specific URL where you see stale content, does this work?
