Hi there
I have a website running WP Rocket with CF APO, but it doesn’t appear to be working.
I have disabled the Cloudflare option in WP Rocket and installed Cloudflare’s plugin.
I don’t know what to do 
Can someone please help?

May I ask have you tried testing this in a different Web browser?
Are you logged-out of WordPress while testing this so far?
I remember there were topics about WP Rocket + Cloudflare, therefore I suggest you to look up at the below articles in that terms:
Hm, maybe without WP Rocket?, or at least read below article if you are going to combine all that stuff as it could result having possible compatibillity issues as well if not configured correctly (NOTE: Not sure if the article is updated!):

Kindly, keep all of the plugins updated to the latest version, just in case - my personal opinion.

Looking at the response headers, Date and Expires are identical. And the Expires header is probably coming from your server. That would certainly limit your cache TTL.

thankyou for your reply, but I don’t know how to do anything about this. When you say server, do you mean my hosting company? Can you explain how I might go about changing this?
thank you for your reply, but I have tried all these things. Look at the site in FF, Chrome, Edge.
I’ve also already read each of the articles you suggested, nothing there has helped.
