CF Access stopped to work after adding A record for Subddomain

For a few days, my CF Access was working. Right now it stopped. It’s just redirecting me to the homepage while it should redirect me to Cloudflare login page.
I’ve configured Full (strict) SSL/TLS.
I’m not sure what informations I can provide for you to help me with this issue.
My access policy is to allow everyone with emails ending with @…
For testing purposes, I’ve set up to deny everyone.

I’ve removed this subdomain after 15 minutes and it still does not work (Access)
Tracert for my domain is showing CF as last record.

It’s tough to give options in this instance. Can you share a few screenshots of the settings? Please do block out any personal info you don’t want shared publicly.
