Hi ,

This error is of SSL Certificate and in this case it
You are using a R3 certificate and not a Cloudflare Certificate

So this is no where related to Cloudflare i think . Maybe

R3 is Let’s Encrypt, which Cloudflare uses about as much as the Digicert “Cloudflare” certificate. It’s somewhat random.
