Certificate validation TXT value for custom hostname got changed

We added a new custom hostname and communicated the Certificate validation TXT name/value to the customer as shown on the dashboard.

After a few days, we noticed that the customer had set up the TXT records on their end correctly, but the Certificate validation TXT value had now changed on the Cloudflare dashboard for us.

Does the Certificate validation TXT value for custom hostname get reset if the DNS records are not created within a certain timeframe?
