I have been getting emails for “Review Certificate Request”. Is this email really from Cloudflare? Thanks!
That does seem like a Cloudflare email address, did you approve the certificate? What is the “from” address on the email?

the email comes from the address

Even with fear I tried to approve the certificate and got an error.
I want to find out if I need to approve and, if so, how do I avoid the error.

Can you share the domain name and we can ensure there is a valid certificate?
I am being told about two domains

What error did you receive? Can you try clicking that after adding the CNAME records?
