Hello, were having an issue to connect Ariba Punchout. Their support asking us what is the certificate name were using.
When I do some certificate lookup it returns Server Certificate issued by: “Cloudflare Inc ECC CA-3” and Intermediate Certificate issued by: Baltimore CyberTrust Root.
Which of this two does ariba support asking? Our domain name is safety.com.sg.
TLDR: It’s probably sni.cloudflaressl.com if they’re referring to Common Name on your site.
Certificate Name is a really weird choice of words, because as far as I’m concerned, there’s nothing literally called “Certificate Name”. It’s probably referring to either the Common Name (CN), which could be either your site or sni.cloudflaressl.com (depends on what edge certificate you have, you’ve got the shared one). “Cloudflare Inc ECC CA-3” and “Baltimore CyberTrust Root” are probably not what they’re looking for, as those are the certificates that issued your site’s certificate, not your actual site’s certificate.

Yeah it’s probably sni.cloudflaressl.com, but honestly, they should know how to find the certificate of a publicly available site.
