Certificate issue for goodmorningapril.com

I have recently moved a site from one Cloudflare account to another.

Now when I’m visiting the site it’s using the let’s encrypt certficate instead of Cloudflare’s. The orance clouds are on for the ip’s to the site. The DNS also points to the correct Cloudflare nameservers and when checking the NS request it says it’s pointing to the right nameservers.

Why is the site not using the cloudflare certificate anymore?

What’s your setting set to here?

Cloudflare certificates can be issued by multiple Certificate Authorities. We are starting to see more and more Let’s Encrypt certificates issued by Cloudflare. Unless you are seeing some other issue, it’s nothing to worry about.

The LE cert Cloudflare issue has coverage for goodmorningapril.com and *.goodmorningapril.com (in the Subject Alternate Names.) The one you are issuing on your origin appears to be just for goodmorningapril.com.

Hi @benhelps

It’s at Full (Strict).

Hi @michael ,

Okay, so what you’re saying is that this is actually Cloudflare who issued this Let’s Encrypt certificate?

That’s what it looks like, and it is not entirely unexpected.
