I installed SSL certificate from cloudflare and it was successful and my site is secured but only this problem. Any solution?

You have the previous, expired root Origin certificate on your server.

Configure the new one from Origin CA certificates · Cloudflare SSL/TLS docs, which should fix the warning.

I have revoked the old one and uploaded :
Cloudflare Origin RSA PEM
to my certificate CRT. I downloaded from the link you sent. But the problem didn’t solved.

You don’t need to revoke anything. You need to configure the correct root certificate on your server, if you need such one at all.

I am afraid server administration is beyond the scope of the forum. I would refer to StackExchange or Reddit.

You generally probably do not need the certificate. As long as your encryption mode on Cloudflare is Full Strict and your site loads fine, your site is secure. If it is not Full Strict, it is not secure.
