Certificate does not work for my subdomains:

I have a flexible SSL certificate in my account, but my subdomains are not being covered by the certificate. Only my primary domain.

Does anyone know what might be happening?

You domain is not active here

you need to change the nameservers to those provided by Cloudflare during the registration. Or does your host offer Cloudflare protection?

This subdomain is not routed to Cloudflare, so Cloudflare’s certificate
is not being used.
