Certain website suddenly not reachable with cloudflare dns

The streaming site (poooo.ml) has become inaccessible since today. It’s still available in Google dns (8.8.8.8) settings as before. Is there any way to know if this change was caused by cloudflare or was taken by the website?

It could be that the .ml TLD has got some issues -> http://dnsviz.net/d/ml/dnssec/

Thank you for your answer. I’ve also confirmed that the connection to this site has been restored. I don’t know why this happened so often before. Users of the cloudflare dns as well as user of local telecom’s dns were not accessible.
I’m going to do a little more research.

Possibly the issue with .ml but I cant guarantee it. For me the site resolved via Cloudflare.
