Certain Emails Are Not Forwarded To Gmail

In my case, Dropbox transactional emails are not forwarded to Gmail and are rejected by Gmail servers stating spam, this is very annoying as I can’t log in to dropbox at all as it requires the OTP sent in email.

The below response is stated by the CF dashboard

Has their support been helpful regarding why they are rate limiting our IPs??

I’m in the exact same situation. Emails from [email protected] don’t get forwarded to Gmail.

There’s nothing in https://support.google.com/mail/?p=UnsolicitedRateLimitError that the receiver can do really.

This is pretty annoying. Google definitely won’t help. Is there anyone at Cloudflare that has any high-level Google contacts that can fix this? It does seem to target Dropbox regardless of email frequency.

Any news here? I am having similar problems.

In my case it’s (almost ironic as) Google is sending me hourly dmarc reports that get rejected. (Why hourly? because of the rejection?)

I guess I could remove the dmarc reporting but… it feels like there is a deeper issue here.

Same problem here with emails from [email protected].
I have no access to dropbox because of this.
