What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Turn off proxy cache on all DNS entries. Purged the cache. Moved DNS hosting to a new company. After two day still have this issue. Can not find information on Clouldflare CDN hosts will stop trying to sent requests to our old website which was host at 104.17.201.145.

The leagues.bluesombrero.com is the NEW CNAME for www.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Try and visit our site at www<>dist6wa<>org.

I’m not quite sure what you are saying, but…
www.dist6wa.org CNAMEs (using Hover’s DNS) to
leagues.bluesombrero.com which CNAMEs (using AWS’s DNS) to
leagues.bluesombrero.com.cdn.cloudflare.net
…so if you don’t want it to resolve to that Cloudflare CDN record, then you need to change your DNS at AWS so it doesn’t.
