What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
We didn’t change any settings for both the account and the website, but the Cloudflare CDN account just stopped showing data.

DNS records for both domains are set to “DNS only” and not “Proxied” (or Cloudflare is paused) so traffic goes direct to your origin and not though Cloudflare…
