This morning, our APIs for which we had CDN Proxy turned on, begin randomly timing out. It was like this for 4 hours, starting at around 4 AM, until we turned the CDN Proxy off and just used the DNS services of Cloudflare. Is there anything going on with this today? The status page says everything is good, but I don’t think that’s correct.
I tried submitting a support ticket, but the button to create a ticket just logs me out.
You can always open a support ticket login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support.
Did your timeouts return an error code? Is there anything showing in the logs at your host?
maybe due to Cloudflare issues, you can check with support and also at https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/
haven’t had issues on my end for CF proxy side, though CF dashboard has been having issues
