chinamweb.x10.mx is using Cloudflare DNS. But chinamweb.x10.mx resolves directly to 198.91.81.11 and isn’t proxied therefore there is no CDN or other Cloudflare services active on the domain.

You need to set the records to Proxied

The reason for the error is clearly stated
A record with the same settings already exists.
You only need change the existing record from DNS only to Proxied not create a new record.
If you want to create a new record, you first need to remove the existing record.
If records exist, but they are invoked through services, then what is the problem with cloud connection not working?

chinamweb.x10.mx isn’t your domain. Turns out it is a free subdomain from x10hosting. You can’t manage the DNS for it in Cloudflare.
