cdn.jsdelivr.net not resolved with dns 1.1.1.1 ?

I have a problemt to get cdn.jsdelivr.net work and i let my DNS 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 dont resolve → time out .
jsdelivr.com resolve easy.
any clue
