Just registered a vps in DigitalOcean, im wondering if i want to use CloudFlare is it possible to have every domain under my VPS DNS’s linked to CloudFlares DNS or do i have to pay for every domain i have inside my vps?

You don’t have to pay for anything. You can set up a free plan for each of those domains.
Yeah, problem is that i tried the free service before and didnt really work as it should, perhaps because i was using a shared hosting based in Chile, now my server is in NY but i need the content delivery network working for Chile, i realized CloudFire has a server in my country, all i need is the websites hosted in my vps work fast for my country.
