Catch-All routing rule not working

What is the name of the domain?

myfav.us.kg

What is the error number?

550 5.1.1 Address does not exist.

What is the error message?

550 5.1.1 Address does not exist.

What is the issue you’re encountering

I configured the mail routing rule as Catch-All, but all mails sent to the domain name prompt that the address does not exist.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have tried to configure a custom address, and the custom address can receive emails.

Toggle the catch-all button OFF and ON again… and let’s see if that flushes something in the system.

Thank you very much for your reply.
Then, I didn’t find any OFF or On button on the catch-all. Can you tell me where it is?

I have solved this problem by setting the Catch-All action to Send to an email, and then switch to Send to a Worker, now I can see the Active switch. :slightly_smiling_face:
