How can we catch-all in same domain ? For example, *@example.com → [email protected] ?
It’s the catch all/ad hoc email routing option. Any combination of [email protected] will go to the same destination.

(I use the catchall address function to rapidly spin up test accounts and just pick a name at the time of sign up and send to ssotestexample.com or [email protected] and the emails all go to the same destination. )

Just to clarify, since the mail provider is not Cloudflare, should we implement a dedicated function instead of entering an email directly?

That is to be expected. Cloudflare only offers forwarding; mailboxes are not provided. Emails can be forwarded to a specified email address by configuring email routing,
