What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have been contcat support since the start of the year to try and resolve this issue, but it is still not resolve.
I am unable to canel the Pro Plan on fleetnotes.software, iI have followed all the cancel account instruction and it is still not cancelling or removing the pro plan and we are still being billed for a product we are not using.
I was connacted by Marta | Cloudflare Support on the 24/02/2025 and instucted support to “I approve the one time force cancellation of the [fleetnotes.software] for the [fleetnotes.software] zone”.
it is now the 02/03/2025 and still nothing has been done.

The worst support i have ever come across in 30 years in business, what is the point of raising support tickets if nothing done with them…

NB: Please stop sending my the How To Cancel Your Subscription Instructions" if was able to cancel this Subscription i wouldnt be contacting you!.

It amazes me that a company that claims to be able to solve some of the hardest technical problems on the planet finds it too hard to maintain a billing system.

Double the number of sites on the entire internet being served via SSL in a week? No problem. Allow a customer to change the subscription level on a service? :person_gesturing_no:

I feel bad for the frontline support people. It’s very clear this isn’t their fault.
