CAPTCHA issues

Hi,

I administer a shared network connection (1000+ users) and the last few months we’ve been increasingly seeing captcha prompts when viewing many websites. It’s at the point now where we get them all the time.

We have a web filtering appliance and are doing what we can to ‘clean’ our web traffic. Our IP is not on any blacklists that I’m aware of. I’ve reviewed the Best practice guidance on here but still having issues.

Currently we can’t now complete the captcha’s due to a ‘communication issue with captcha provider’. I’ve contacted hCaptcha about this.

Any support would be appreciated.
