Can't verify my Account

Hi guys,

I’m trying to verify my account in my Cloudflare dashboard, but no matter how many times I click on the Send Verification Email link, I get nothing. I also can’t change my email because I have to verify it first. So I’m completely stuck. Can anyone help me?

Funnily enough, I got the verification email for the forum - that worked.

Hi there,

  1. Make sure you check your spam/junk folder in your email inbox.
  2. Ensure that your inbox is not full and has space to receive new emails.
  3. Add [email protected] to your email contact list or safe senders list.
  4. Try resending the verification email.

If the issue persists, it might be required to contact Cloudflare Support to check if your email has ended up in a suppression list on their side. They will be able to clear it from there.

Hello everyone!
Yes I am good to go. Louise from Cloudflare support was able to help me. I was on the suppression list for some reason. After Louise removed me from there I received the e-mail and was able to verify my account.

Your email was put on the suppression list, but it has now been removed, so please try to resend.
