can’t use mail forwarding features inside cpanel of hosting company

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

consult with the hosting company and they ask me to use the real name server which pointing to their Name Server instead of using cloudflare Name server

I need to use NameServer provided by the hosting company instead of using cloudflare Nameserver… Some function is not working properly like email forwarding.

It’s been a long time since I used cPanel, but if the point is to forward the email instead of having your inbox there, I suggest you use Cloudflare email routing instead:
