Can't upload a picture after setup Cloudflare on Wordpress

Hello,

After upgrading to Pro Plan yesterday, i can’t upload product picture anymore on my wordpress website. On Free version was everthing normally.
I receive this error during upload a picture:
Post-processing of the image failed likely because the server is busy or does not have enough resources. Uploading a smaller image may help. Suggested maximum size is 2500 pixels.

How can i fix this?

It’s work fine now after making some changes: Disable Cloudflare Plugin, Image Resizing on Cloudflare, Disabling Automatic Platform Optimization for WordPress.

Greetings,

I am sorry you are experiencing an issue with uploading images to your WordPress.

Nevertheless, I am also using WordPress on a lot of domains, few of them are using Cloudflare Pro plan as same as you, but I haven’t experienced this error so far.

May I suggest looking into one of my previous posts for further troubleshooting:

Disabling all this is not an option to me as far as it works with all of them → why using Pro plan if it does not work? → I still believe there is something to do at the origin host.

Have you tried looking into Cloudflare Dashboard → Firewall → Firewall Events if you see your server IP address being challenged or blocked maybe?

Otherwise, some other request being blocked like “wp-cron” or something similar?

If so, you might want to add the server IP address to Firewall → Tools → IP Access Rules with the action “allow” for your domain/website at Cloudflare dashboard.

May I ask if you have implemented:

And allowed Cloudflare to connect to your origin host:

Yes you’re right. I add my ip adress on White list as ‘Allow’. It’s fixed now. It was just firewall issue.

Thanks
