I am having an issue while trying to upgrade my account. Since my pro plan is still running I can’t instantly upgrade to a business account. However, I need the waiting room feature today. I have created a ticket 24 hours ago but no luck yet. In addition to that, I was already charged the business amount. I need immediate assistance, and I can’t reach to anyone unfortunately. What should I do?
Can you respond to case 00991232 with the comment you added to the duplicate ticket 01048071? You don’t need to create a new ticket, simply reply to 00991232
