What is the issue you’re encountering
Cant upgrade from Starter to Pro or Business!
May I ask what error you get and where, if so?
Did you validated your billing information and added payment method?
Have you tried using a different one?
How about using an Incognito mode or a different Web browser?

Pro and Business plans are tied to “zones” (domains, usually). From your account home page, you can add a domain/website and select a pro or biz plan from there. Those plans are entitled to 100 minutes of video storage if there is no other Stream subscription in place.
The Stream Basic, Starter Bundle, and Advanced/Creator Bundle packages are available within the Stream and Images sections of the Dashboard. You can select from these plans or increase the amount stored using the “Change Subscription” button at the bottom of the page.
If you’ve run into an error somewhere, I’d echo fritex’s question about what the error message was and where you saw it.

Hi there,
So I have a functional subscription for ‘Images Stream Bundle Basic’, which is using video streaming. That gives me 1000 minutes per month. It is not connected to a domain or anything, as I use the video upload API for video storage and streaming. Through the Video upload API i have a few times hit an error of rate limiting ‘Cloudflare Stream upload failed: Too Many Requests’. So I thought upgrading to a business plan might provide a higher rate tolerance, or more bandwidth. As far as I can tell though, there is no way to upgrade my ‘Stream Bundle Basic’ subscription to business, but there must be, in order to upgrade to something with less rate limitations… These are videos that are max 5 seconds and only 720p quality, so it does not make sense why a rate limit would be called, especially when the request is very spread (as of now every 5 minutes or every 2 seconds, but maybe this is an edge case of 2 users uploading within 5ms).
