Can't upgrade my domain to Business subscription

Hello. I have a domain that is on pro plan. I want to upgrade it to business level. When I pay by card it indicates success but money is still on my card and I am still on pro plan

Hi @se.fractal can you check your invoices to ensure you purchase the biz plan? I see an annual pro purchase but don’t see the business plan you indicated. If you do locate the business subscription, can you share the invoice number? I’ll share that with my Billing colleagues.
