I have checked for any unpaid invoices, I have tried multiple times over the last 2 -3 weeks, I have submitted a support ticket with no response.

I’m having the same problem as you. I’ve paid $240 !!! I have now make a complaint on paypal.

Cloudflare hasn’t given me an upgrade to my subscription. I have submitted two tickets, and it has been five days without a reply.

I’ve still not had any contact regarding this. I have tried another payment method and still get the same error.

I have no submitted a new case to try and get some kind of acknowledgement of this. Case ID: 01289771

I have paid a pro account of 240 dollars for a year, my account was initially active but after a week my account changed to free, and there was a bill of 3.95 dollars, then I immediately paid the bill using PayPal, please help so I can return to the pro account, thank you
