When I try to update the registrant contact for this domain the new contact gets the verification email, the approves/verifies but nothing changes. There is an existing registrant contact was the old IT support main contact who left a long time ago and is unverified. Can we remove the old registrant and update it if I can provide you the new contacts details??

In order to update the contact, you need to have the current contact verified. If you do not have access to the current registrant contact, we suggest you to create a support ticket for further assistance
How can I create a support ticket? Is there an email address? I can only see the option for a community post not a support ticket or live chat. I’m not sure if my account is eligible?
