Can't Update billing Code 1292

I haven’t accessed my cloudflare acount for a while and have sinced moved to a different country. I need to update my billing information since I don’t hace access to the registered card anymore. I need to update my card and address.

while I tried doing that, it keeps showing the error 1292. Please solve the issue at your earliest, the domain already expired and has roughly 30 das before it is deleted.
