domain created within last 60 days
I’m trying to unlock the configuration so I can transfer my domain, but it won’t allow me to because it says the domain was created within the last 60 days. How can I bypass this to get the authorization code so I can apply my domain to my existing website on format.com?

ICANN rules do not allow for the transfer the domain within 60 days of creation. It is not normally something that you need to do to use most hosting services. Normally, you just create the necessary records in your Cloudflare DNS.
The hosting that you are using has a guide on using their service with Cloudflare. Hopefully it helps you get your domain working with your site.
They include an older method of redirecting your apex name to the www hostname that relied on Page Rules. You may want to skip that method and use the new Redirect Rules instead.
