What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

  1. On the dashboard, open the page “Domain Registration” → “Transfer Domains”
  2. Notice the message “None of your domains are available for transfer, for the following reasons”
  3. Notice in the list that the message is simply “Unsupported”
  4. Notice that 3 of the 4 domains are plain .com

  • its information was not updated in the past 7 months
