Can't transfer my pages site to another person

Hi, I want to transfer my pages site to another person, but am unable to, I have done everything I can see in the documentation, which isn’t that helpful anyway. How do I?

I also invited the other person to view the pages site, but he is unable to see it either. What should I do?

What do you mean by transfer? The Pages project is tied to your account so you would need to transfer the whole account to them
