Can't transfer my".la" domain, where is a list of domains Cloudflare will and won't allow

I had a series of domain’s I couldn’t transfer from godaddy to cloudfare. It wasn’t clear prior what was allowed and not allowed to move to cloudlare. 90% were transferred successfully, but apparently the following extensions are not allowed. Is there a list / explanation?
It seems the following domain extensions can’t get on Cloudflare.
Is there a list of what is and what is not allowed and will they ever?

I can’t transfer these:
.la
.ws
.me
.education
.pet

Here is the list of currently supported TLDs

Cloudflare does want to support all TLDs eventually, but no ETA for any.
