What I am trying to do ?
Hi there. I am trying to transfer a .codes domain to Cloudfare registrar. I have followed all the steps listed in Transfer your domain to Cloudflare · Cloudflare Registrar docs.
What I have done ?
I have ensured that:
- I have added the domain to Cloudflare(CF) account (1 year ago).
- Changed the DNS name servers to Cloudflare (I have been using CF name servers for this domain since past 1 year).
- I have a credit card in my billing, which is also the default billing method in my Cloudfare account.
- Disabled DNSSEC by removing the DS record at current registrar (Namecheap) & at CF as well.
- Unlocked my domain at current registrar.
- I didn’t make any changes to the Registrant contact information in the past 60 days
- Entered the correct transfer auth code (a green tick was shown in CF, after I copy pasted the auth code)
Where exactly am I stuck ?
Step 1 is successful - the domain appears in the list.
Step 2 is successful - the entered auth code is valid.
In the final step (step 3), nothing happens, when I click Confirm and finalize transfer.
Additional information
I tried with PayPal as payment method. Even that didn’t work. Neither do I receive any email telling me that domain transfer was unsuccessful due to some reason.
