Can't transfer domain from Cloudfare to Squarespace

What is the issue you’re encountering

Domain unlocked and no access to ticket to respond

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have checked the help section to unlock the domain myself but there is no option to do so

Registrar issues require a Registrar ticket with Support

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

• go to domain registration>manage domain>select 1milmarketing.co.uk>configuration>unlock
• not working so go to support>view support cases
• I then land on a page with the following message: Cannot locate dashboard account
  We are making some improvements to our support experience. This could be causing a temporary issue linking your dashboard account and your Cloudflare Help Center My Activities sign-on information .

Which means I can’t respond to any feedback from the Cloudflare team. I just need to be able to unlock the domain and update the IPS tag to transfer it to Squarespace.

Thanks for the confirmation. How can I unlock one of my domains (1milmarketing.co.uk) to transfer it to Squarespace?

Your domain was registered on 28 November 2024 so it may be Cloudflare is applying a 60-day lock on transfers for .uk as would be required for ICANN gTLDs - I don’t think .uk has that restriction itself.

If you can, just wait the 5-days to see if the button becomes available as that will be cleaner. If urgent you can pay Nominet to force change the IPS Tag for you.
