What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Cloudflare is the registrar.
DNSSEC is off.
I’m trying to transfer the domain “jazzplus.co” to another Cloudflare account.
I’ve followed the instructions as far as I can in the help documents. Cloudflare wants me to update the old Cloudflare nameservers to new Cloudflare nameservers.
When I attempt to change the nameservers I get the error message:
A Content for NS record is invalid. NS records at the apex must not overwrite assigned nameservers.<<
The destination account complains that I need to update the nameservers, but I can’t!
The domain no longer appears in the “Domain Registration / Manage Domains” page, but it is still listed on the account home dashboard.
I haven’t been able to get help from opening a support ticket. It’s like the domain is halfway stuck in the transfer and I’m not sure what to do next!
