Can't specify ip:port as a content in DNS management

I’m running a server to host my apps on port 80

Now I would like to host an app on the same instance and put it to listen on port 8080

How can I use DNS Management to create a record set to point a .domain.com to ip:8000

I already tried setting an IPV4 record pointing to my.ip:8000 with no success.
