Can't setup site and multiple sites downgraded from Pro to Free

Multiple domains with the same problem in our account.

What is the error message?

You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid. You should be able to do so in your Billing page.

What is the issue you’re encountering

Can’t setup site and multiple domains downgraded from Pro to Free.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

There are no unpaid invoices. Tried to add deleted domain and created a support ticket for the domains that were downgraded from Pro to Free.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

There are not steps to reproduce this, it just exists as it is. My support ticket has been open for eight days and no response. One site in offline due to this issue and nine other sites are lacking needed Pro features. I need help.

We can’t upgrade to business to get better support. This is seriously unexpected of Cloudlfare. These subscription issues have been known since Oct 17, 2024 and should have a resolution by now.

I got an email with a ridiculous response from billing support that had nothing to do with my ticket and that they would consider it resolved. I reopened the ticket again a week ago. Still no response. This is starting to feel like class action lawsuit territory.
