Can't setup load balancing in my account

Hi, I am getting an error while setting up a load balancer in my account for one of my domains.

Here is the error: Internal error creating or modifying pool. Access Failed. Please reach out to Support.: validation failed (Code: 1002)

Also, let me know if I have a domain whose DNS is not maintained in Cloudflare will Load Balancing work for that too?

Please get back to me ASAP.
