Cant setup email client after using cloudflare

Hi, I found out that after using Cloudflare I can’t use email via mail client.
It gives me a bunch of error messages.

I contacted my hosting (bluehost) and they said it’s the MX record in cloudflare.

Can anyone tell me how to set the MX record right? Please

I tried grey-cloud all the mail related DNS but it doesn’t help, outlook shows “We are unable to reach your email provider”.
