Can't Set-up Domin in Shopify due to Banned Site

What is the issue you’re encountering

Shopify says that the domain is banned on Cloudflare

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have tried to discuss with Shopify and GoDaddy but they say I need to talk to Cloudflare. I only made this account to talk to Cloudflare - never had one before. Not sure why site is banned.

The domain has previously used Cloudflare so there may be some historic unpaid bill related to this domain, or some technical reason why Shopify (who themselves use Cloudflare) cannot use your domain.

Thanks for your reply. I can’t see any info in securitytrails because I don’t have an account. It also seems like I can’t open a ticket without paying for Cloudflare. Is there any other way to get somebody to help me figure this out? Or should I just try to make a new domain altogether?

You can create a free account on securitytrails.com if you want to see that history. It shows the domain was using Cloudlfare from 2023-06-24 to 2023-10-17.

Free users can open account, billing and registrar tickets. A ticket to Cloudflare is the only way to get this fixed.
