Can't set TTL for CNAME

Is it possible to explicitly set TTL on a CNAME record?

I need to set a TTL on a new CNAME record to 1min but I don’t have that option.
it also defaults to being proxied and doesn’t give me the option to change that either.

I assumed it was something to do with being on a free plan, but I can’t find anything to confirm that.
It works as expected on MX,TXT just not CNAME.

I need this as part of the authenitcation mechanism with Google, to take control of my domain with Google for Enterprise (GSuite) … as the previous owner of this domain was on GSuite. Google require me to create a CNAME record and it must be TTL 1min.

There’s not a :orange: you can click on to switch it to :grey:?

Ah FFS you’re kidding!

I know…it’s not as intuitive as it could be.

Yeah, the TTL dropdown is non-editable when it defaults to cached.
It gives the impression that the caching icon is also non-editable.

Still, user error.
