Can't send emails after installing new theme


I have Cloudways and Cloudflare I need help with DNS records open now, to set up email can you tell me exactly what to enter in the Orange records.

I have contacted Cloudways and they said I need to configure Cloudflare, but I already have Cloudflare mail setup.

Attached is the error when trying verify my domain.

Cloudways instructions to configure Cloudflare below:


  • If your DNS registrar automatically adds your domain name after the tracking value, e.g., “”. To avoid this from happening, add a period “.” at the end of your tracking record value, e.g., “”.
  • If you are using Cloudflare to manage your DNS records, please note that you must disable the orange proxy icon while pointing the tracking record.

Problem is I don’t understand which proxy tracking record to disable.
